01
Operator and scope
This website is operated by Sandesh Bhat, an individual freelancer based in Sirsi, Karnataka, India. Contact: sandeshbhat2424@gmail.com; telephone: +91 76769 68305.
These terms explain use of the portfolio and general service information. Browsing, sending an enquiry or reading a listed package does not by itself purchase a service, start a subscription or accept a project proposal. This website has no online checkout.
02
Separately agreed services
Paid work is governed by a separately accepted written proposal or service agreement. It should identify the parties and business contact details, deliverables, exclusions, timetable, fees, currency, taxes, payment schedule, revision limits, approval process, cancellation terms and any ongoing support.
That agreement governs the engagement if it differs from this general service information, subject to mandatory law. Changes to scope, price or schedule need an agreed written change. No work should begin on an assumption that website copy supplies every contractual detail.
03
Prices, payments and ongoing work
Public package information is an invitation to discuss a project. Your accepted proposal confirms the final price, currency, applicable taxes and any third-party or recurring charges. Payment arrangements are made separately; payment-card information should not be sent by email or messaging.
Maintenance and social-media retainers require a separate agreement specifying billing periods, scope, renewal and cancellation. The website does not enrol you in automatic renewal. Domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, paid tools and licences are included only if stated in the agreement.
Cancellation & refund information04
Client responsibilities and delivery
For agreed work, clients need to supply authorised content, accurate instructions, agreed access and timely approvals. Any effect of missing inputs or requested changes on delivery should be documented and agreed.
Clients must have the rights and permissions needed for supplied images, text, data and accounts. Personal data should be shared only through a suitable agreed channel, with the necessary authority and safeguards. The project agreement should define acceptance, handover and support.
05
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Original website content belongs to Sandesh Bhat or its relevant rights holders. Client logos, trademarks, project imagery and third-party resources remain with their owners. You may browse and link to this portfolio; reuse of protected material needs the relevant permission or a legal exception.
Ownership and licensing of paid deliverables, reusable tools, source code and third-party assets must be set out in the project agreement. A project shown in the portfolio is not offered as a downloadable product or a licence to its client's materials.
Confidentiality and permission to publish client work should be agreed for each engagement. Sensitive client information should not be supplied with an initial public enquiry.
06
Acceptable website use
Use the site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, deploy malware, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or misuse published contact details for harassment or unlawful marketing. Security concerns can be reported privately using the published email address.
07
Examples, external services and availability
Case studies describe particular work and circumstances. They do not promise identical results, rankings, traffic, revenue or platform approval for another project. Any paid commitments belong in the accepted agreement.
External links are provided for context or communication; their operators control their content, availability and terms. Reasonable efforts are made to keep this site accurate and usable, but interruptions or errors may occur. Report an issue through the contact details above.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other mandatory protections. Responsibility for a paid engagement is addressed in its agreement, subject to those protections.
08
Applicable law and concerns
Raise a concern by email with the relevant facts and requested resolution so it can be addressed. This does not prevent you from using an available regulator, consumer authority, dispute process or court.
Indian law applies to these general website terms to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections and competent courts available to a consumer in their place of residence remain available; no exclusive foreign venue or waiver is imposed by this notice.
Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing project agreement. Required notices, project-specific terms and legally required translations should be provided before an international engagement is accepted.
