A few of the sites and applications I've shipped — each one designed around what the business actually needed to achieve.

About

I care about how things feel, not just how they look.

I’m Sandesh, a developer in Sirsi, Karnataka. For almost three years I’ve been building websites and web applications for businesses that need more than a template — people who want a site that represents them properly and actually brings in work.

What pulls me in is the craft. The half-pixel of spacing that makes a layout settle. The transition that makes an interface feel considered instead of abrupt. The query you rewrite so a page loads in a blink on a patchy mobile connection. Those details are invisible when they’re right, and impossible to ignore when they’re wrong.

I work across the whole stack, which means fewer handoffs and a product that holds together from the database to the last animation frame.

Built responsive by default

  • 01Frontend

Interfaces built with React and Next.js that stay maintainable as they grow — typed, componentised and easy to hand over.

  • 02Backend

APIs, auth and data models with Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Boring where it should be, solid under load.

  • 03Performance

Budgets from the first commit: image pipelines, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement, not a cleanup task.

  • 04Animations

Motion with intent. Framer Motion and GSAP used to guide attention and give feedback — never to decorate.

  • 05Responsive Design

One layout system that holds from a 360px phone to an ultrawide display, with no orphaned breakpoints in between.

  • 06SEO

Semantic markup, structured data, clean metadata and fast server rendering so the work is actually findable.

Chosen because they hold up in production — not because they trend well.

Process

A path from first call to launch day.

Five stages, no mystery. You always know what's happening and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with the business, not the build. Who you're for, what they need to do, and what success actually looks like in numbers.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure first, surface second. Wireframes become a typographic and visual system you can see before a line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Development

Built in reviewable slices with clean architecture. You watch it come together instead of waiting for a reveal.

  4. 04

    Testing

Real devices, real networks. Accessibility, performance budgets and cross-browser checks before anything ships.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deployment, analytics, search setup and a handover you can act on — plus support while the site settles in.
